Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 392, dated 30.07.2014, under Sections 148, 149, 302, 201 and 435 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act , 1959, registered at Police Station Hodal, District Palwal. While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 19.08.2015--:- "Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners were found innocent during investigation and now have been summoned to face the trial on an application moved by the prosecution under Section 319 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

At this stage, Mr. Ravinder Hooda, Advocate has appeared on behalf of complainant." Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court and have furnished interim bail. Accordingly, interim bail furnished by the petitioners before the trial Court in pursuance to the order dated 19.08.2015, is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
