After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court in view of certain new facts that have come to the knowledge of the petitioner.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Sessions Court, in accordance with law.
Since the main petition has been dismissed as withdrawn, no cause of action survives in the pending applications, accordingly, the same also stand disposed of.
