HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to constitute a Special Investigation Team (SIT), headed by a Senior Ranking Officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police, to conduct fair and impartial enquiry of complaints dated 15.02.2020 and 14.08.2020 (Annexures P-1 to P-5).

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other remedy(ies) available to the petitioner and raise all pleas in accordance with law.
