(ORAL) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in DDR No.29, dated 29.11.2022, registered at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran, under Sections 326, 148, 149 IPC (Annexure P-2) in FIR No.127, dated 15.11.2022, registered at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran, under Sections 307, 341, 324, 506, 146, 149 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act, 1959 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 29.03.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 29.03.2023, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
