This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 408 dated 09.06.2015 under sections 323, 506, 380, 34 IPC at Police Station Sector-10, Gurgaon.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from H.C. Charan Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated August 19, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated August 19, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
