Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 153 dated 21.10.2022 registered under Sections 363, 366-A and 344 IPC at Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court.
