The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 12.12.2023 notices were issued to the appellants and respondent Nos.1 to 6. As per the office report, the appellants remain unserved due to incomplete address as also respondent Nos.1 to 6. This is the only address of the appellants available in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts. Though, Mr. Punit Verma, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants, however, he states that he has no instructions on behalf of the appellants in the matter.
