IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

AT CHANDIGARH RSA No. 1028 of 2000 (O&M) DATE OF DECISION :- 12.11.2025 Raj Singh and others ...Appellants

Versus

Randhir Singh and others

...Respondents

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIRINDER AGGARWAL Present:- None for the appellant.

Mr. Davinder Kumar, Advocate for the respondent. *** VIRINDER AGGARWAL , J. (Oral) 1.

No one has appeared on behalf of the appellants. The appeal pertains to the year 2000 and is a very old matter. No one has appeared on behalf of the appellants. It seems that appellants are not interested in pursuing the instant appeal.

2.

In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellants to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 3.

Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
