SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondent No.5; as also for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 4 to decide the representation dated 17.02.2025 (Annexure P-3), within a stipulated time period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 3.
