Present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 14.03.2024 passed by the learned Addl. District Judge, SBS Nagar whereby the execution of judgment and decree dated 06.10.2022 has been stayed. 2.

Pursuant to order dated 16.05.2024, learned Addl. District Judge, SBS Nagar has decided the application under Order XLI Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on merits and hence the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous. 3.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition. Permitted to do so. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
