(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to ensure the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members and directing respondents No.3 to 7 not to harass them at the instance of respondents No.8 to 10. With further prayer that in case presence of petitioner and her family members is required, they be given advance notice under Section 160 Cr.P.C.
