This is a petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 441 dated 30.9.2013, registered under Sections 302/34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Palwal, District Palwal. At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from Head Constable Nirpal Singh, submits that the entire prosecution evidence has been concluded and the matter is now fixed for defence evidence.
