Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing of order dated 06.08.2024, Annexure P-4, vide which the Arms License of the petitioner was rejected.

Learned State counsel has produced a copy of the detailed order dated 20.08.2024 vide which the application of petitioner for seeking new arms license was rejected, which was communicated to him, faced with this, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition to challenge the same before the appellate authority alongwith application for condonation of delay.
