Versus
State of Haryana and others .....Respondents CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI Present:- Mr. Sunil Kumar Bhardwaj, Advocate for the petitioner.
**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance which has been raised by the petitioner is that her husband, who was working with the respondents, unfortunately died on 24.04.2006. It is only after the petitioner approached this Court by filing CWP No.1778 of 2016, decided on 06.04.2016 (Annexure P-7), the benefits were released to the petitioner by passing an order dated 08.12.2016 (Annexure P-8). As the order dated 06.04.2016 (P-7) was not complied with, the petitioner filed a contempt petition being COCP No.1105 of 2017, wherein, the petitioner was given liberty to claim the benefits, which have not been released to her so far. Counsel states that keeping in view the said liberty granted by this Court, she filed a representation/application on 01.10.2018 (Annexure P-10) claiming the benefit from the year 2006 onwards instead of 2016 when the same were released to her.
