This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 11 dated 25.05.2011 under Sections 7, 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act and section 420, 468 & 471 IPC at Police Station State Vigilance Bureau, Hisar.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Anil Kumar, Inspector Vigilance, who is present in court, submits that petitioner has already been allowed to join investigation and they do not require his custody. He submits that after completion of investigation, final report shall be submitted before the competent court at the earliest.

In view of above, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
