This petition has been filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, alleging violation of order dated 10.02.2020, Annexure P-1, passed by this Court in RSA-3409-2019, and order dated 09.12.2019, Annexure P-2, passed by the Supreme Court in SLP-28560-2019. 2.

When confronted with the maintainability of the contempt petition qua order, Annexure P-2, counsel for the petitioner has sought and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
