1. To be referred to the Reporter or not ?
2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioner seeks bail pending trial in FIR No.11 dated 14.1.2013 under Sections 21/25,29,61.85 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Lopoke, Amritsar.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Harvinder Pal, Police Station Lopoke, Amritsar, submits that since the case is already listed before the learned trial court on 6.10.2015 for final argument, the petitioner is not entitled for bail, at this stage.
Faced with this and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly states that he does not intend to press this petition at this stage.
In view of the above, instant petition is disposed of as not pressed, at this stage.
