(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 71 dated 04.02.2016, registered at Police Station Camp, Palwal District Palwal, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 304-B/34 IPC. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased Geeta and the allegations against the petitioner are general in nature that she tortured the deceased. The bail application of the petitioner was declined on the ground that the toes of the deceased were touching the bed while her body was hanging from ceiling fan through the 'dupatta'. The possibility of death by suicide was found to be quite remote. The deceased died within 07 years of her marriage.
Learned State counsel on instructions stated that after framing of charges, out of 18 witnesses, only 01 has been examined i.e the GAURAV ARORA 2016.08.24 16:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2016 Keeping in view the fact that the trial will take some long time, this Court feels that there is no need to detain the petitioner any longer.
Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail during pendency of the trial of the present case, subject to her furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Palwal.
