ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) This order shall dispose of aforementioned seven appeals. Learned State counsel fairly points out, at the outset, that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 16.09.2015, rendered by this Court in the case of Punjab State and others v. Ram Singh and others [RFA No. 897 of 1996 (O&M)] and other connected matters, vide which the appeals preferred by the landowners for enhancement as also the State appeals, were dismissed by this Court, these appeals too shall have to be dismissed.

Ordered accordingly.
