Since said love marriage has gone sour, reverse allegations have now started.

After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to seek alternative remedy available in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 21.08.2015.
