(ORAL) This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of Criminal Complaint No. 1 dated 03.01.2008 (Annexure P-3A) filed under Sections 420/406/452/465/467/471/447/506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such, as the trial has ended in acquittal of the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.
