Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and respondent No.3 have since solemnized marriage and are living together in their matrimonial home. It is further informed that a cancellation report in this case has been prepared.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jagdish Singh, verifies that the cancellation report has been prepared and shall be shortly submitted.

In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition, at this stage.
