***** MANDEEP PANNU , J .(Oral) A perusal of the order dated 12.12.2023 reveals that none was present on behalf of either of the parties. Since, the present RSA pertains to the year 1997, therefore, notice to the parties were issued. As per office report, notices issued to appellants No.1 and 4 have been received back with the report that they have died. Notices issued to appellant No.2, 5 and 6 have been received back served and notice issued to appellant No.3 has also been received back served through son. Notices issued to respondents No.1 to 3 and 5 have been received back served and notice issued to respondent No.4 has been received back served through brother. But, none has come present before this Court on behalf of either of the parties. It seems that no one is interested to pursue with the present case.
