The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 16.01.2024 notices were issued to the appellants as well as contesting respondent No.1. As per the service report, appellant Nos.1 and 2 remain unserved with the report that they are residing abroad. Appellant No.3 refused to accept the notice however, affixation has been made. Accordingly, he is deemed to having been served. None has put in appearance on behalf of appellant No.3 despite service. Appellant Nos.4 and 5 as well as respondent No.1 are stated to have died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of appellant Nos.4 and 5 as well as respondent No.1 nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf.
