Learned counsel for the respondent-MC Chandigarh submits that this Court vide judgment dated 17.09.2025 passed in a bunch of petitions including CWP-9016-2007 titled as 'Om Parkash and Ors. Vs. Municipal Corporation and Ors.', has settled the issue. The issue involved is no more res integra. The instant petition may be dismissed in terms of Om Parkash (supra).
