This is a contempt petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for punishing the respondents for disobeying the order dated 21.11.2023 passed in E.A.28-2023 in CWP-22304-2010. 2.

Counsel for the respondents submits that the order dated 21.11.2023 passed in EA-28-2023 in CWP-22304-2010 has been complied with as the speaking order dated 23.07.2024 (Annexure R-1) has already been passed by the competent authority. Copy of compliance report by way of affidavit of Yogesh Ranga, E.O. HSVP, Panipat to that effect, has been produced by counsel for the respondents in the Court today. The same is taken on record. Registry is directed to scan and tag it at an appropriate place.

Counsel for the petitioner has not even disputed the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and dismissed, as such.

However, if any grievance of the petitioner is left unredressed, he would be at liberty to raise the same in any other alternate remedy, but in accordance with law.
