Divisional Commissioner, Karnal Division, Karnal and also consequential orders dated 09.08.2024(Annexure P-2) and 09.09.2024 passed by the Ld. Assistant Collector, 2nd Grade, Israna, District Panipat, including Naksha 'B', Naksha 'Zeem' and Sanad Takseem. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition.
