*** TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel contends that the petition has been rendered infructuous, as the impugned order dated 26.07.2022 stands withdrawn, vide office order dated 04.04.2024, passed by the second respondent. Resultantly, the order dated 04.03.2022, Annexure P-6, comes in operation, whereby the petitioners were given the benefit of stepping-up of pay in terms of the Government instructions. He further contends that due benefits in terms thereof will be released to the petitioners within a period of two months.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
