(ORAL) Petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.PC for quashing of FIR No.30 dated 25.02.2023 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 420/465/468/471 of IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Kotwali Nabha, District Patiala and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom which is at investigation stage only as no challan has been presented as yet. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all the pleas as have been raised in the present petition before the concerned authority/trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
