A perusal of the file reveals that none has moved any application till date, for being impleaded as the Legal Representative of the above-said appellants.

Registry has further reported that notices issued to appellants No.2 & 3 have been received back with the report regarding their refusal to accept/receive the same.

Even otherwise, none has put in appearance in the Court today to represent the afore-mentioned appellants.

In view of the above-discussed facts and circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the appeal in hand for want of prosecution.
