(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.55 dated 12.06.2016, registered at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur, who has been booked for having committed an offence punishable under Section 304-B IPC.

At the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Kulwinder Singh, has informed that in pursuance of order dated 05.09.2016 of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 10.09.2016 and her custodial interrogation is not required at this stage.
