RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking appropriate directions to the respondent authorities to ensure early and fair investigation on her complaint vide Rapat No.30 dated 25.5.2015 under Sections 324, 323, 34 IPC in FIR No.65 dated 25.5.2015 registered at Police Station Mamdot, Distt. Ferozepur. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed, she finally approached the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur-respondent no.2 by way of self contained representation dated 26.5.2015 (Annexure P-1) without any loss of time, but the same is also pending decision. CRM No.M-27638 of 2015 will be satisfied in case Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur-respondent no.2 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Senior superintendent of Police, Ferozepurrespondent no.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in her self contained representation dated 26.5.2015 (Annexure P-1) and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law,but in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
