Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the respondents to proceed further in case FIR No. 182 dated 09.10.2018, registered under Sections 406 & 420 IPC at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that by now petitioner has not made any representation to the higher authorities of the police.
