Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have since joined the investigation and have been released on interim bail. He prays that the present petition be accepted. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Suresh Chand, concedes the factum of petitioners having joined the investigation, adding that no further recovery is to be effected from the petitioners, as such their custodial interrogation is not required; that the challan is ready and would be filed in the court very soon. CRM-M-18003 of 2021 -2It being so, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 29.4.2021 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of following conditions:- i) that the petitioners shall appear in the Court on each and every date of hearing.

ii)that the petitioners shall not give any threat or intimidation to the prosecution witnesses.

iii)that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

iv)that the petitioners shall surrender their passport before the Investigating Officer and if they are not having passport then they shall file an affidavit in that regard. In case the petitioners violate any term and condition on which the bail has been granted to them, the prosecution would be entitled to apply for cancellation of bail.

The petition in that way is allowed.
