Mr. J.S. Thind, Advocate for respondent No.2. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint No.58 dated 16.08.2013 registered under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506, 148 and 149 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 01.08.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court and deposited the costs of Rs.10,000/- before the District Legal Services Authority, Sangrur and thereafter, he has been released on interim bail.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Jaspal Singh, has not disputed the factual position. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 01.08.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
