**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Aggrieved by the proclamation order although the subsequent enquiry conducted by Dy. S.P., Mansa had declared the petitioner as innocent, he has come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
The factum of the accused having been found innocent has not been refuted by learned State counsel. It implies that an innocent person was put to trouble and had to face the judicial proceedings it. On this ground alone, the present petition is allowed and proclamation order dated 28.02.2018 is quashed and set aside. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
