* * * * RAVI SHANKER JHA, C.J. (ORAL) This is an application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (in short the Act) for appointment of the arbitrators. The necessary declarations under Section 12 of the Act, as sought from Justice K.S. Panicker Radhakrishnan, a former Judge of the Supreme Court of India and Justice Permod Kohli, a former Chief Justice of the Sikkim High Court, have been received and are placed on record. The parties conjointly agree and submit that in view of the previous order dated 20.05.2022 passed by this Court, they may be appointed as the arbitrators.

In the circumstances, Justice K.S. Panicker Radhakrishnan, a former Judge of the Supreme Court of India and Justice Permod Kohli, a former Chief Justice of the Sikkim High Court, are appointed as the arbitrators to adjudicate upon the disputes and differences between the parties. The application is, accordingly, disposed of.
