(ORAL) Since, learned counsel for the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 11.07.2018, therefore, the instant petition is not maintainable or is infructuous, in view of the fact that none of the creditors of the petitioner has filed any complaint to the police, nor any incident of harassment to the petitioner by his creditors has come to notice of the police.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as infructuous.
