Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking transfer of investigation in case FIR No. 85 dated 26.8.2016, registered under Sections 306 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Jathalana, District Yamuna Nagar to an independent probe agency. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that on the basis of suicide note of Surender Kumar, present FIR was registered in the month of August 2016 and no effective investigation has taken place. The representations dated 1.9.2016 & 21.9.2016 (Annexures P3 &P4), filed by the petitioner, remained unattended.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and perusal of record, Director General of Police, Haryana, is directed to look into the representation dated 21.9.2016 (Annexure P4) and take required action, if any, as per law as expeditiously as possible.
