Vide order dated 08.12.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellant No.1 is stated to have died. Appellants No.2 to 5 stand duly served. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant No.1. None has put in appearance on behalf of appellants No.2 to 5 despite service. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
