M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) This is a petition for quashing of FIR No.276 dated 25.10.2012, under Sections 323, 325 and 506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station, Khaidki Daula, District Gurgaon, on the basis of compromise.

Notice of motion to the respondents.

On asking of the Court, notice has been accepted by Mr.C.S.Bakshi, Addl. A.G., Haryana, present in the Court. Copy given.

Mr.Ajay Shekhawat, Advocate, also accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2.

It is admitted that the matter has been compromised.

CRM-M-27666-2015 (O&M) Counsel for both the parties inform that the matter is pending before the trial Court for final arguments. This petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner may file an application before the trial Court for compounding. In case any such application is filed, the trial Court shall record the statements of the parties and permit the parties to compound the offence against each other.
