(ORAL) The present revision has been filed against the judgment dated 01.03.2016 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka whereby the criminal appeal of the petitioner has been dismissed by upholding the judgment and order dated 07.04.2015 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Fazilka, whereby the petitioner was convicted as under:- Under Section Sentence 498-A IPC R.I. for a period of two years and also sentenced to pay fine of Rs.5,000/- and in default of fine to further undergo sentence R.I. for six months.

CRR-788-2019 (O&M) - 2Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 19.09.2024 in Court today and the same is taken on record. As per the said custody certificate, the petitioner has completed the above said awarded sentence on 12.01.2022.
