Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 06.02.2024, Annexure P-14, whereby the petitioner's claim against Question No.88 SET-D (General Knowledge & Awareness) Common Part of Level-3 (PGT in Computer Science) of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test 2023, has been rejected. 2.

A perusal of the impugned order shows that objections raised by the candidates, including the one by the petitioner, to answer option of Question No.88 SET-D of HTET 2023, were considered by the subject experts. According to their analysis report, no error has been found in the answer options, and answer given in the final Answer Key has also been found correct. On that basis, the petitioner's claim has been rejected. Since the subject experts have gone into the objections of the petitioner, and found the options as well as the Answer Key valid, the same need not be AVIN KUMAR 2024.04.24 18:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
