 Heard.

Keeping in view that being a pure accidental case, the satisfaction shown by the Court and the fact that this compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about peace and harmony, together with the fact that the offences for which the accused has been hauled up are not of serious nature, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.61 dated 11.07.2010 registered at Police Station Ram Das, Amritsar Rural under Sections 3044A, 279 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
