#$ !% Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners Sushil Kumar Garg and his wife Sonia Garg in case FIR No.65 dated 07.05.2015 registered at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur under Sections 420/467/468/471/120/120B IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in consequence of the orders of interim bail dated 24.08.2015 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigations which is not controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.10.19 17:17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



   Gurdev Singh who submits that the petitioners are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. In the light of what has been stated above, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 24.08.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, the petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

The petition stands disposed off accordingly. $  "
