On 31.07.2024 the following order was passed : "A request for an adjournment is made on behalf of the arguing counsel for the appellant on the ground that he is in personal difficulty. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 04.12.2024.

It is made clear that pendency of the present appeal shall not be an impediment in the continuation of the execution proceedings, if any, before the Executing Court concerned."

Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant despite the matter being called twice. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
