The present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 12.12.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellants No.1 and 3 stand duly served. Appellant No.2 is stated to have died. The sole respondent is also stated to have died. Neither anyone has appeared on behalf of the appellants No.1 and 3 despite service, nor anybody has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of appellant No.2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
