Learned State counsel makes a reference to para 1 of the written statement dated 19.08.2002, wherein it has been stated that the final amount of G.P.F. alongwith interest has been paid to the petitioner, which the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to controvert. 3.

Disposed of accordingly.
