RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to complete investigation and submit final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.128 dated 27.04.2017 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station GRP (Government Railway Police), Jalandhar.
