Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.76 dated 14.09.2021, under Sections 324, 323, 341, 148, 149 of IPC and Section 307 of IPC added later on, registered at Police Station City-II Abohar, District Fazilka.

Vide order dated 01.04.2024, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sukhmandar Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required and the petitioner has also replied to all the queries raised by the Investing Officer. 4.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 01.04.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the Manju 2024.04.30 13:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

However, nothing stated above shall be construed as a final expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 6.

It is made clear that, in case, the petitioner is found involved in any such activity once again, the State is at liberty to promptly move an appropriate application for cancellation of bail detailing out the circumstances and violation of the condition(s) of bail.
